CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policy and Cancellation Guidelines for Appointments When scheduling an appointment with me, it is understood that you agree with my policies. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the set price is required. (For new clients)Please note that this deposit is separate from the cancellation fee, which is 35% of the set price. (For new clients) Existing clients will no longer be required to make a deposit to confirm their appointment; instead, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged Both fees are non-refundable under the cancellation policy, and you will be charged per service even if they fall under one appointment. By booking with me, you agree to pay the full cost of the service without any objections. Please read the following policy carefully: Notice 1: If you cancel three times, I reserve the right to decline future bookings.
