I specialize in Gel-X, acrylic nails, and custom nail art, with a focus on quality, creativity, and making every appointment feel special. I’m always continuing my education and adding new services to bring even more beauty experiences to my clients. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Darval Beauty, you agree to the following policies. These guidelines are in place to protect my time, prepare properly for your appointment, and provide the best experience for every client.
Booking Deposits
New clients are required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time for another client to fill the appointment slot.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice), same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
This fee applies to all clients and each service booked within the appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your service needing to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled to ensure the quality of your appointment and respect the schedule of other clients.
Appointment Policy
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a required deposit for future appointments or the inability to book future services.
